The State of Victoria and the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) have agreed on the terms for a proposed new enterprise agreement covering Victorian Public Service (VPS) employees.
A copy of the proposed enterprise agreement, an overview of the main changes from the current agreement, a detailed explanation of these changes and answers to FAQs about the process from here are attached below. All employees are encouraged to review the attached documentation and consider whether you agree to the terms of the proposed enterprise agreement.
You will shortly be contacted directly by the Australian Election Company (Aust E Co). Aust E Co has been contracted to securely and independently conduct a ballot of employees covered by the proposed enterprise agreement to test whether those employees agree to its terms. You may vote either online or through the telephone voting service. The correspondence from Aust E Co will include personalised credentials (voting PIN and Password) to allow you to cast a vote and provide instructions as to how to access the online or telephone voting services.
The ballot will be conducted from 9am on Monday 10 August 2020 and close at 5pm on Friday 14 August 2020.
All employees are encouraged to review the new agreement and raise any queries or issues with document accessibility with their HR business partner, or the Community and Public Sector Union or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
