CMS Portal Notifications


Some registered users of CMS Portal may not be receiving system notifications regarding updates on cases. This is a known defect which is being addressed urgently. Until further notice, to ensure that updates to cases are received by registered users, we recommend manually checking your cases within CMS Portal at regular intervals to avoid missing any updates.


The CMS Help Centre is a repository that provides online support to external parties using CMS Portal.

From 3 October 2022, practitioners will be required to file most civil documents for the Magistrates' Court of Victoria electronically using CMS Portal:
